ATRIUM International office building with a new owner

STRABAG Real Estate has acquired the ATRIUM International office building in Warsaw.

Warsaw, 25 March 2019. The ATRIUM International office building has a new owner. STRABAG Real Estate (SRE), a subsidiary of STRABAG SE has purchased the property at 23 Jana Pawła II Avenue.

The purchase is a continuation of SRE’s expansion strategy in Poland. ATRIUM International is a six-story office building with a usable area of almost 12,000 sq m, of which about 11,000 sq m is occupied by offices and the rest by retail and service units. The office building’s unique selling point is its location in the heart of the Central Business District (COB) on Jana Pawła II Avenue, close to the UN Roundabout metro station, the Central Railway Station, numerous restaurants, hotels, and retail facilities.
