UPPER CLASS
TECHNOLOGIES

Green building with LEED Platinum and WELL certificates
The building uses, as a priority for cooling and heating, heat pumps from a renewable geothermal source – an effective, economic and ecological source of energy
Adiabatic humidification – efficient and energy-saving, reduces the consumption of electricity and water
Air ionization – reduces viruses, fungi and bacteria. Neutralizes odours and allergens. It has a positive effect on health, improving concentration and well-being
Eight double-deck lifts, serving two floors simultaneously, including five glazed and three internal
Electric car charging stations

NATURAL RESOURCES
– GEOTHERMAL ENERGY

A natural source of heat and cooling
- heat pump with geothermal exchanger
Renewable, ecological and cost-efficient energy source
The ground energy is used for heating and cooling of the building
Heat exchangers are located in the building's underground structure
Reduces building operating costs over entire year
In periods of highly varying temperatures, the energy is buffered and returned to the building as required. The energy supplied by the heat pump covers a significant part of the anticipated annual heating and cooling demand of the building.
The energy extracted from the heat exchanger located in the basement structure is exhausted into the building via a heat pump which produces heat and cold according to current needs.
